So we get to the room and key won't work. When we got back the lady at the front desk said someone had turned the water off. When we got in the room and tried to use the toilet it had no water to flush! So we when out for supper and told the young lady at the front desk about the toilet and she said she would look into it. Went back down and they switched us to another room on the second floor and had a hard time getting into this room also. Went back down got new key only to go into the room and the sink would not drain and no air conditioning. The pictures and reviews of the Fairbridge sounded pretty good when we were making our reservations BUT it is not impressive at all! We arrived, checked in and went up to our room and the key didn't work.
